Compassionate Care That Lasts.

We're preparing to launch. Hearthline Home Care is not yet accepting or serving clients while our New Jersey Health Care Service Firm registration is pending. Families are warmly welcome to submit an inquiry to join our waitlist. We are not yet hiring, but certified home health aides (CHHAs) are welcome to join our founding talent pool so we can reach out first when hiring opens.

    Frequently asked questions

    What is non-medical home care?+

Non-medical home care includes companionship, personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming), homemaking, meal preparation, respite, and live-in support. Our caregivers provide medication reminders only — never medical treatment or medication administration.

    Are your caregivers supervised?+

Yes. Our operating standard is that every plan of care is developed and overseen by a licensed Registered Nurse, and that caregivers work under RN supervision with scheduled, documented supervisory visits. Caregivers never provide medical treatment or administer medication.

    Are caregivers employees or contractors?+

All Hearthline caregivers are W-2 employees — never 1099 contractors. They are background-checked, trained, insured, and accountable to our agency.

    What areas do you serve?+

Hearthline Home Care serves families throughout Bergen County, New Jersey.

When can I hire Hearthline for a loved one?+

We are completing our New Jersey Home Health Care licensing and will begin accepting clients once approved. Contact us to join our early interest list — we'll reach out the moment we're ready.

    Is Hearthline hiring caregivers?+

Not yet. Our New Jersey Health Care Service Firm registration is still pending, and we cannot hire caregivers or offer assignments until it is granted. In the meantime, certified home health aides are welcome to visit our Careers page and join our founding talent pool — you can share your availability and attach your resume and certifications, and we will reach out first once hiring opens.
